Charles E. Davis, III is a partner at Fly & Form Concrete Structures and a 35+ year veteran in the construction industry. Having started in the construction industry as a laborer, working up through Carpenter to Master Carpenter and eventually into the front office. Charles has experience in all phases of commercial and residential construction as either the Owner, General Contractor or Subcontractor. Charles background includes Construction Project Management, Risk Management, Information Technology, Marketing and Construction Safety. Charles is a past Chair of the ABC of Georgia’s Safety Forum where he worked hard to share his experience with the group and his relatable approach encouraged others to do the same. The experience gained helped Fly & Form achieve the ABC Diamond STEP award.
In 2006, after working as the General Contractor to build Fly & Form Corporate office, Charles came to work for Fly & Form in a Risk Manager/Project Manager role. Charles has managed many diverse projects with Fly & Form including the Three Alliance Center in Atlanta, the Northside-Cherokee Hospital in Canton, a wind tunnel in South Carolina and large data center in Virginia.
Charles has been involved with CEFGA/Skills USA for the past twelve years at the state finals level where he serves as a judge on the Carpentry contest and the Technical Chair of the Construction Technology Display contest.
Charles and his family were part of Grace Classical Academy, a homeschool cooperative where his three youngest daughters were schooled and where he taught history, science and literature Monday mornings for three years to the high school class.
