Mission Statement
Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia’s Women’s Peer Group represents the interests of women within the construction industry and assists with increasing the quality and availability to women that will promote a positive image to other women within and outside of the industry.
Vision
To assist women who are presently in the industry through education, community, and networking programs, and 2) To provide a channel for women to enter the industry workforce.
Four Pillars
This peer group is based around 4 Pillars:

Build up individual women by providing them opportunities to learn & advance their own skill set.

Build up each woman’s company, by supporting one another’s businesses.

Build up each woman’s company, by supporting one another’s businesses.

Build communities, by supporting the efforts of the construction industry.
